MTM is excited to make it easier for health plan eligible members to manage their non-emergency transportation needs on their schedule. The app provides a convenient and easy to use alternative to calling MTM directly to get the information they need. Upon successfully signing up with the necessary health plan information, users will be able to take advantage of a number of features, including: i. Ability to manage their contact information ii. View details about upcoming rides scheduled with MTM iii. Cancel rides no longer needed iv. Request New Rides
